Sokuk Characteristics

1- Ownership of Sak Tabadul as a right to use for specific number of years and for specific period of time during the year
2- Can be awarded the right to use for one year or several years to a third party
3- Can be sold another time
4- Transfer the right to use for the coming one year
5- Bequeath the right to use of Sokuk in the case of death
