The Tabadul system is a point system created by Murabahat and works alongside its Sokuk system.

A Sak gives its holder the right to take advantage of a residential unit or real estate property for a specific period of time over a certain number of years.

How does it work?
Beneficiaries of the Sokuk system collect points which they can then exchange for benefits and quality services.

How do I become a beneficiary?
Members of the Sokuk system automatically qualify to become beneficiaries of the Tabadul system. Membership level depends on the amount of money invested in the Sokuk

What are the criteria for becoming a beneficiary of the Tabadul system?
There are no specific requirements. However, existing beneficiaries of the Tabadul system can always upgrade their memberships, based on specific criteria.

What are the benefits?

How do I collect points?
Simply taking advantage of the Sokuk system entitles you to collect points in the Tabadul system.

What benefits do I receive from collection points?
You can either decide to redeem your points for benefits and services, or you can then decide to transfer your points or exchange them for cash.

Do I have to use my accumulated points in a specific period or once I reach a specific number of accumulated points?
No, points have no expiry date, can be transferred on to coming years, and can be redeemed or exchanged at any time.

Are my points transferable?
Yes, they are. Murabahat designed the Tabadul system to be as flexible as possible. This means you can transfer your points to other years, to other beneficiaries and to members of your family. You can also exchange your points to other services, benefits and hotel networks.
