Residence in Tulip Turkuaz

Tulip Turkuaz is a project consists of 11 blocks with a main type of A and B. Tulip Turkuaz project hosts about 1188 residential units. All details, such as size of flat, view, which you would like to see when you look around the environment, are very important for selection of flat. Therefore, flats in Tulip Turkuaz were designed by considering different pleasure and requirements. There are 5 different flat types including 1+1, 2+1 , 3+1 ,4+1 , 3+1 duplex flats . These flats enable 23 different types of residential architecture according to their sizes and a wide range of structure is constituted. The area of the flats range from 58m2 and 219m2 with 15, 16, and 17 floors. Moreover, there is a storage capacity in the basement floor of each flat varying from 1,5m2 to 4 m2.
