According to Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program 2020 , the kingdom of Saudi Arabia tries to raise the percentage of residential ownership to guarantee a stable qualitative life for the citizens. That’s why, the minister of housing – Majed Al Hogail– announced that King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – the custodian of the two holy mosques– has approved working in Al-dahia Al-sakanya project (residential suburb) in the new Taif province.
This area is considered as one of the largest areas in Mecca. It is almost 12 million square meter. It is planned to build almost 10 thousands residential units to guarantee a high living standard for citizens via delivering various residential units (options) with a reasonable price.
The project will deliver almost 10,500 residential units including villas, apartments, and townhouse. As the main goal is to have a whole integrated community that has all the needed facilities to make the citizens own their own units.
However, it is worth to mention that the ministry has many other projects in Taif that will be delivered currently like “Al-Torba” project that contains almost 404 residential units and “Ranya” project that contains 584 residential units.
So, if you are thinking about investing in real estate, you shall go for Saudi Arabia.
